oil-resistant rubber sheet
The oil-resistant rubber plate needs to work in the oil medium for a long time, and the penetration of the oil will make the rubber swell, destroy the network structure of the vulcanized rubber, and the mechanical properties of the rubber will decrease. In actual production, the swelling ability of rubber in oil medium mainly depends on the chemical properties of rubber and oil. Rubbers with polar groups are difficult to swell in solvents, such as nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, acrylate rubber, etc. Nitrile rubber and neoprene can be used to reduce costs when producing oil-resistant rubber sheets.
In actual production, nitrile rubber is the most commonly used oil-resistant rubber varieties, in order to nitrile rubber as the main raw material of the oil-resistant rubber plate in the appropriate amount of nitrile reclaimed rubber can ensure the oil resistance of the product while effectively reducing the cost of raw materials. When using nitrile rubber/reclaimed rubber to produce oil-resistant rubber sheets, sulfur vulcanization is generally selected, and the dosage is controlled between 1.5-2.5 parts. Appropriate amount of carbon black, clay and calcium carbonate; Low molecular polyethylene and ointment are selected, and aromatic oil and esters are used as softeners, which are not easy to be extracted by oil.
Heat resistant rubber
Rubber under the action of high temperature or thermal oxygen will cause the polymer backbone cracking and the destruction of the cross-linked network, and sometimes further cross-linking will occur, resulting in rubber hardening, brittle, mechanical properties decreased. Generally, butyl rubber and EPDM rubber with low unsaturation, fluorine rubber and chlorinated butyl rubber containing halogen elements on the molecular side chain, and silicone rubber with inorganic elements often in the molecular main chain have excellent heat resistance.
In actual production, EPDM reclaimed rubber, butyl reclaimed rubber, chlorinated butyl reclaimed rubber and nitrile reclaimed rubber can be used for heat-resistant rubber plate production, effectively reducing the cost of raw materials. Choosing thiuram sulfur carrier or effective vulcanization system for vulcanization, reclaimed rubber HYL8Y9Y2Y vulcanized rubber has better heat resistance. Nitrile reclaimed rubber and EPDM reclaimed rubber are recommended to choose peroxide vulcanization, and butyl reclaimed rubber is vulcanized with resin.
When using reclaimed rubber to produce heat-resistant rubber sheets, inorganic fillers such as white carbon black, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide and silicate are selected to fill them with better heat resistance than carbon black. Select high-efficiency heat-resistant anti-aging agent and appropriately increase the dosage, or use two or more anti-aging agents in combination; Selecting polyester plasticizer with large molecular weight and high boiling point or using reactive softener can further improve the heat resistance of heat-resistant rubber sheet.
