What are the production methods of reclaimed rubber?
Physical regeneration is the use of external energy, such as force, heat, cold force, microwave, ultrasonic, ray energy, etc., to break the three-dimensional network of crosslinked rubber to form reclaimed rubber with fluidity, viscosity and vulcanization. Specifically, there are mechanical regeneration method, emblem wave regeneration method, ultrasonic regeneration method, electron beam regeneration method, far infrared regeneration method, etc.
Recycled rubber manufacturing methods can be divided into three categories: physical regeneration, chemical regeneration and biological regeneration.

Chemical regeneration is the use of chemical additives, such as organic disulfides, mercaptans, alkali metals, etc., at a certain temperature, the trust-assisted mechanical force directional catalytic cracking of rubber cross-linking bonds, and the breaking point stability, to achieve the purpose of regeneration. There are oil method, water-oil method, high temperature and high pressure dynamic dredging method, etc., which are divided into ordinary regeneration method, De-link regeneration method, RRM regeneration method, RV regeneration method, TCR regeneration method, etc. according to different regenerants.
Bio-regeneration is the sulfur cross-linking bonds of vulcanized rubber under the action of microorganisms to break or desulfurization, so that waste rubber can be re-processed.
