Recycled rubber processing flow
The waste tires need to be cleaned due to contact with the ground and entrain sediment. On the one hand, it is to prevent dust from being generated during the crushing process, and on the other hand, it is to prevent the entrainment of sediment and affect the quality of the product. The cleaning wastewater is recycled after precipitation, and the sediment is treated as solid waste, which has no impact on the environment.
Description of main process:
Sorting: Classify waste tires, etc. for subsequent processing.
2. Rubber cutting: cut the waste tires into the required size for the next process.

4, crushing: the use of crushing machine for crushing, to obtain the need of waste rubber particles. The particles produced in the crushing are collected by the gas collecting hood, the bag filter is used for dust removal, and the dust collector is often cleaned, and the collected waste rubber particles are reused again.
5, winnow, magnetic separation: after crushing the waste rubber particles by the conveyor into the cyclone separator and magnetic separation device will be cord and other fiber impurities and steel wire in the tire separation. Waste cord and scrap steel wire are recycled as solid waste by the recycling department and have no impact on the environment.
6 sieving: the qualified rubber powder is leaked from the screen through the vibrating screen, and the unqualified rubber powder is collected separately and crushed again. A small amount of waste cord and steel wire will be separated during the screening process.
7. Desulfurization: dynamic desulfurization method is used for desulfurization of rubber powder that has passed the sieve. Desulfurization is the key link in the production of reclaimed rubber. A certain proportion of rubber powder, softener, activator and water are mixed in the desulfurization tank, and the network structure of its molecules is destroyed by heating, pressurizing and oxidizing, so that it changes from elastic state to plastic state, which is convenient for later processing. Non-methane total hydrocarbons and malodor are produced in the desulfurization process. The waste gas produced in the desulfurization process is purified by the waste rubber dynamic desulfurization exhaust gas system purification device and discharged. The spray water and cooling water used in the desulfurization exhaust gas treatment process are recycled after natural cooling.
8. Cooling: The desulfurized rubber powder needs to be cooled immediately to prevent ignition and carbonization. The cooling method is determined

9. Refining: After desulfurization, the rubber material has low plasticity, contains impurities and hard particles that have not been completely desulfurized. The purpose of refining is to use shear force to further fracture the rubber material molecules, separate impurities and crush the hard particles that have not been completely desulfurized. In the refining process, the heat generated by the rubber compound produces low-concentration process exhaust gas, which is collected and treated by the gas collecting hood and discharged.
10. Film output: The film from the refiner is cut and removed by an automatic cutting knife through weight control, which becomes a finished product of reclaimed rubber.
11. Inspection and packaging: The reclaimed rubber that has passed the inspection is coated with an isolating agent in the middle, which becomes the finished product of reclaimed rubber.
