What are the advantages of reclaimed rubber?
The price is cheap, its rubber content is about 50%, and it contains a large amount of antioxidant, softener, zinc oxide and carbon black with reuse value. Generally, the tensile strength of reclaimed rubber can reach more than 9 ~ 10MP.
Recycled rubber processing flow
The waste tires need to be cleaned due to contact with the ground and entrain sediment. On the one hand, it is to prevent dust from being generated during the crushing process, and on the other hand, it is to prevent the entrainment of sediment and affect the quality of the product. The cleaning wastewater is recycled after precipitation, and the sediment is treated as solid waste, which has no impact on the environment.
Difference between natural rubber and recycled rubber
Natural rubber, derived from rubber trees, is a scarce resource and can only be successfully grown in specific regions and climates. In contrast, recycled rubber is processed from vulcanized scrap in the production of rubber products. The product price is low and can replace natural rubber to produce rubber products, effectively reducing raw material costs and production energy consumption.
